I'm so desperate for a Karen' n Pals book when they're in high school. Karen becomes the outcast after one of her Great Schemes doesn't pan out so Hannie and Nancy go and be Pamela's BFF's while Natalie snubs Karen until she realizes Karen actually might feel bad (of course Karen then just goes back to being a brat in the end). DM would be her fabulous gay brother who refuses to help her until she says she can get Ricky to go out with him and then they're the ones who end up happy at the end.
