Elizabeth pays up and Watson offers a ten dollar bonus.

Undeniable proof that Watson's a cheap bastard. He KNOWS what Karen is like. It should have been twenty. Plus an extra ten for Dawn, who kept tabs on Karen the most.

Also, is it possible to sew a really nice dress in two weeks?

I'm going to say uh, hell no. I say this because a lady made the dresses I and the matron-of-honor wore at my sister's wedding - and when I went in for my first fitting, in June (wedding in August) there was slight panic on her part (and ours) when it was discovered that the dress had been made wrong-side OUT.

With all the other shit Nannie had to do? No effing way.

I bet Karen is going to be one of those girls who wear all black, renames herself something mystical, and carries around a notebook full of spells when she gets older. No, Karen's going to be a Twi-Hard who's looking for a boy to sit an field of flowers so she can read poetry to him... oh wait, the poetry thing is what Vanessa Pike is going to be doing... Karen's going to be trying to ( ... )

I’d also like to ask what the fuck these kids do when it’s raining and the BSC isn’t around.
And the QFT continues! These kids are going to grow up to be those adults who make their friends, partners, family members, etc. drop everything for them because they can't entertain themselves for five minutes. Several of my friends have people like that in their lives and they are a PAIN IN THE ASS.

I pity the poor kid who has Karen fucking Brewer as their mother. O_o

Kristy leaps out of bed with a shriek of “Ee-ii!”
Who is she, Old McDonald?

When it's raining, put on a movie! This may be surprising, but watching movies isn't as ZOMGTERRIBLE as AMM likes to think.

I guess Kristy’s like that woman who told a mother that she shouldn’t dress her baby daughter in blue because it’ll confuse her.--???? I admit the stereotypical blue = boys and pink = girls bothers me. Not like pink's the worst color in the world, it's just not my favorite. I prefer blue to pink any day of the week.
