Can't decide what to recap? Save time and...read this post :)

Inspired by a post a while back in 1bruce1 about which Sweet Valley books had yet to be tackled for recaps (color me very impressed they got the whole of the main series covered :D). I don't see a similar list for this comm, so here I am going back and forth through the tags and the book lists on Wikipedia to compile it. Feel to smack me if there's a boo- ( Read more... )

Can anyone refresh my memory about "Abby's Twin"? I seem to recall Anna's health problem being scoliosis, but I'm not positive.

(Edit: Never mind, Amazon answered the question for me. I was correct.)

yeah anna has scoliosis and abby has a slight case of it
and abby tries to spend more time with anna
(basically trying to copy off her and look out for her)'
i guess cause the bsc are too clingy with the whole bff crap
and anna gets annoyed by that
you should read it
its a great book

Yes, hilarious is the right word.

I love how the first few mysteries were things like "a client accuses Stacey of stealing! OH NOES!" and towards the end they were investigating Secret Societies.

ive just got through reading the book
(stacey and the missing ring)
ha ha ha
that bitch was trying to get her mother to give her a diamond ring for her birthday(as if her mother is made outta money)
and when her mother refuses
she uses the daddy line to get what she wants.
stacey is such a spoiled bitch in that one
that's when her and claudia stopped being friends
cause claudia started accusing her for stealing
those gardellas were weird
they treat their daughter as if she's nothing
but they treat the animals as if they are their own kids
(such as dressing them up and feeding them STEAK!?)

That was the very first BSC book I ever read...I was like 6 at the time.

I obviously enjoyed it because I've read probably at least 50 more, if not 100 more since then :P

I remember the Babysitters Remember being my favourite book in the series. I don't think I have it anymore, alas.

Absolutely. I remember loving it so much when I first read it as an 11-year-old. But of course, that was 12 years ago.

cause i love the ones where logan meets mary anne
how dawn's parents got divorced
and the stacey peeing on laine's bed
(that one was the best scene out of all of them)
great book
