God I'm terrible. Just like when Howie's dad was in the hospital earlier this year, all I can think about is OMG WHAT DOES HE HAVE? Have I learned about that yet? What's the pathophysiology of that? What kind of treatment is he getting? How does it help? Like, wtf. I can't just be a normal human being and pout

It's sort of weird that they didn't say, though. If he's been hospitalized for a few days, it must be at least semi-serious.

I'm curious too. Also, my thoughts immediately went to Brian being sick as a kid and how much he must be freaking out about Baylee right now, serious or not.

My thought is that he caught what got Nick so sick last month, and because he's a 6-year-old boy and not a 28-year-old man, it hit him a lot harder.
