I FEEL YOU, THOUGH, on so many of these things. Hee. We are finally two episodes into Korra and we are both really enjoying it.
Do you think the videographer of the DCook videos is the wife of the guy we met? I'M IMAGINING IT IS, because I find it hilarious.

Also KORRAAAAAAA. I love the worldbuilding SO MUCH, and I ADORE the pro-bending idea, it's just FASCINATING to me. I can't believe how invested I am in such a short time, despite having not seen any of ATLA yet.
And YES, I was imagining the EXACT SAME THING re: the videographer! PERSONAL CANON. Heeee.
DID THE CROWD JUST GET...UNRULY?? Oh Dave. <33333 I cannot get over how likable and funny and earnest he is. My new favorite, weirdly enough, is when some idiot "woo!"-s right as he's talking about how he and Andrew lost their brother and Dave is like, "I get it, out of context, moving on." He is the epitome of stand-up and I love him.
(P.S., the woman who took this footage was also at the Vegas show; I would like to have her David Cook stalking budget, for real)I was noticing that too! KORRAAA. THE BEST. As much as I loved ATLA, I was always a step removed from full-on fannishness, since I didn't finish the show until after it was off the air (much to my peri_peteia's chagrin). But I already feel much more attached to Korra, even though it's only been a few episodes. Basically when baby Korra showed up on screen with her little pot belly ("I'M THE AVATAR, YOU GOTTA DEAL WITH IT!") I was in love. My favorite part is the aesthetics of Republic City. SO
Now I really, really super hope Dave comes to the MWK show, even if he doesn't play. KISS AND MAKE UP, YOU TWO.

And, I mean, Neal did RT Dave's tour announcement, very early on, and (also very early in the tour) he did drive down to San Diego to see their show and tweeted afterward about how it was nice to meet Devin, so it kind of seemed like he was making an effort to show that there wasn't any massive blood feud or anything. Which was cool; I've had some issues with Neal over the past few months--misanthropy is not an attractive color on you, Tiemann--but I thought he handled that in a classy way. But no interaction at all in like nine months? Even adjusting for the fact that they don't have to interact in public in order to be interacting, that seems a little strange to me. But IDK. MAYBE I'M WRONG. I AM KIND OF A CRAZY PERSON SOMETIMES. POSSIBLY I HAVE GIVEN THIS WAY TOO MUCH THOUGHT. Heeee.

I want to get back into New Girl. I started watching it and then gave up after about 2 episodes because I watch too much tv. But there's Netflix this summer so....
I love Dave giving Andrew credit (I hope Andrew found a copy of that video for blackmailing purposes :D)
Darn, that video of Dave & Nick isn't loading but I bookmarked it. I miss my Muppet but damn if Nick isn't growing on me <3
