OH and BTW, of course joss whedon is directing MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING. the beatrice and benedick plot is the BEST flirting and BEST love story of shakespeare's comedies, but the hero plot is the WOOOOOOOOOOOOOORST. it's essentially a tragedy packaged as a happy ending; RIGHT up his alley. BAH.

The Hero plot IS the worst, and also, Don John is the WORST villain. But the rest of it is so brilliant that I love it anyway!
