There were SEVERAL Ford commercials in it! OY. But yeah--I've never watched AI before this season, and even just watching a few eps confirmed my impression that, as a machine, it seems to be very fucked up in a lot of ways. However, that does not preclude the possibility that they will stumble on to amazing contestants, and whatever else might have gone on around it, I'm so very, very glad they did. To have two guys like this on such a prominent pop culture stage can only be a good thing, IMO. <3

HI THERE, KRIS and ADAM. i must say, i DO think kris is a lovely role model for tolerance and even-handedness and a bunch of other virtues. we need that right now. i'm so glad he was given a megaphone of sorts for his quiet brand of goodness. it's very satisfying to see. also, hi, i think i like his wife. as you might have anticipated. ♥
Yeah, Vegas is totally multiple-personality, and there is some really, really fucked up stuff about it. But I think you would definitely love the nocturnal aspect of it, and there really is a sense of freedom and lack of inhibition there that I totally support, an' it harm none, y'know? Certainly best in small doses, but I have found small doses of it to be very satisfying, especially since I am not the least inhibited person in my daily life. :)

YES, this exactly! And it's one great thing about him winning, despite some of the shitty stuff that undoubtedly played a part in the voting process--I think it's as valuable to have him as an example in the public eye as it is to have Adam there, and this way we get to have BOTH. In that sense, it's absolutely win-win. And yes, I figured you would like Katy! *g* I mean, how do you NOT like a girl who responds to another guy's crush on her husband by going, basically, "Um, threesome?" *HEARTS* YOU GO KATY

YES, this exactly!
