Things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.

I'll take it soon. Will appear at my place as a meme-hiding essay. But I have to take a nap first, cos I've slept eight hours in last three days. Sleep relieves.

Sleeping. I don't always sleep very well, so I like to take a nap now and again - which only makes the nights even worse...so I get tired and take a kip and then I can't sleep when night comes........ Meh.
It's a vicious circle, unfortunately. When I had the time, I would sleep in the afternoon and then go out all night, and when I wanted to get back to my normal rhythm it was difficult. They say doing exersice and keeping yourself busy during the day make you sleep better at night (not my case, but at least it takes me less time to actually fall asleep when I go to bed if I'm tired).

6. The sea.
It is very relaxing, isn't it? I wished I lived by the sea...
