Today we were discussing the Vietnam war and how we were losing the battle because of the gorilla warfare being used. I cant stand it when i hear about soldiers that just got back from the war alive and as soon as they get home they get spit on or yelled at for what they did. This makes me mad because over there you didnt know who your enemy was.

I'd imagine this is why My Lai happened. Probably partially frustrated with walking into a village of civi's and getting shot at.
