I think I may be coming down with a cold which is not what I want just before going to Whitby. Feeling very achey and have headache and sore throat - boo.

To make matters worse I have a huge cold sore on my top lip. Have cream for this so it should go down before Wednesday. Otherwise I shall have to become all mysterious and wear a veil...

Aidan has the lurgy and I have the cold sore. I can highly recommend those Compeed stick on patches. They are about the same price as a tube of cold sore cream but less messy and they really so seem to work - I'm impressed!

I killed my lurg with the JML lurgaway....be prepared for the shivers and severe aching muscles...I developed a sinus infectiontoo and am awaiting a saline nasal doofer... Hope you feel better soon!
