In non-writing topics, I have used up this year's tax return. That didn't take long, I know. And while I did get some things I didn't need, like DVDs, I also got some clothes for me and the boy, new pots and pans, four new tires for my car, and new glasses for the both of us. Plus I paid off a medical bill and paid off the storage unit. I stretched

Ugh, writers block. I'm having an attack of "Everything I do is shit, I'm not going to bother." Or maybe it's just because I'm so very tired of writing nothing but fluff...

Thank you! Numbers and I have always had a rough relationship. I just don't get them. I barely have basic math skills. Once my boy hit third grade I was pretty much done helping him with his math homework, so you can imagine how I'd handle the high school stuff.

Sorry to hear about the writer's block. We need to find you a writing project that will let you transition from fluff to whatever else it is you want to write. (Although I do love the fluff!) Something with fluff AND the other stuff too. They can exist together! It can be done!

I'm pretty sure I've never managed to get above a C in a math class in school, so I feel you. Even now, if math is required I use a calculator, and I totally count with my fingers *shrug* Did you know you can type math problems into your address bar in chrome it'll give you the answer?

I do have this Epic idea that's darker than my normal stuff. Ironically, I have a better handle on the plot stuff than I do the McShep relationship...

I always try to do the most with the tax money. The last few years it's mostly gone to vacation and upgrading electronics.
