"Hey, Alanna," Dawn said, then scritched Faithful. "Hey, Faithful. Nice broadcast the other night."

Alanna groaned. Faithful chuckled and laughed. "Please, don't remind me."

"Sorry," Dawn said. "Um, welcome to the cabin?"

"Yay cabin living. Bets on who the first student to run screaming back to the dorms is going to be? Other than my mun."

Dawn grinned and looked to the unclaimed bed next to her and across from Buffy's. "Zack?"

"Zack." Alanna agreed. "Or the cheerleader. Buffy?"

"Buffy's tougher than you think," Dawn said. "She'll stick."

Alanna raised a brow. "Sure."

"Bet me," Dawn said, sticking her hand out.

Alanna considered this. "Twenty says she'll complain about having to live outdoors. Loudly."

"Oh, no bet on that," Dawn laughed, pulling her hand back. "But she won't leave."

"You know her? I thought you guys were both new?"

"There's timeline issues, or alternate universe issues, or dimension issues, or something issues," Dawn answered, "but where I'm from, she's my sister. Just...older."

Alanna and Faithful starred at her for a long minute. "You win." Faithful finally said. "Totally." Alanna agreed. "Wait...so she has a Dawn back home and you have a Buffy back home?"

"Er, I have a Buffy, but she doesn't have a Dawn," she shrugged, "It's kind of a long story."

"Ow." Alanna summarized. "Does this Buffy know you're another Buffy's sister? Ow."
