So I've been living in Denver for nearly a month and so far it agrees with me. At times I still look out my window and see the Rockies in the distance (spectacular, I can see coats of snow wrapping their peaks) and it's still a little hard to believe that I'm actually here, that I'm actually living one of my dreams ( Read more... )

I hope that you have sung the theme to Mary Tyler Moore and thrown your hat up in the air at least once. :)

I can't afford groceries yet, and I'm still trying to plan a trip to Denver. Crazy!

My only advice on tattoos and piercings: one at a time-- even the piercings, even if you've got it in your mind how you want them all to be. I think these things fulfill a need for change in a way that nothing else matches. I don't have the tats, but I know every piercing I've gotten sans the first holes in my ears have been driven by that, and it sucks when you run out.

Anyway, just some thoughts.
