Batam Brownies

Today the brownie nut was offered a banana brownie topped with grated cheese hand-carried all the way from Batam.  I didn't know that Batam was known for its Brownies.

Speaking of food, Dino may I please have the burger recipe (promise I will protect it well)?? Home-made burgers here I come!  Ready yourself Mr A!

It would have tasted much better without the cheese. The cheese made it salty.. imagine a salty banana brownie..

mince the beef yourself. use a decent cut. everything else is secondary.
