I adore the fact that I can either go to my job in a ponytail and jeans or an updo and heels and both are acceptable. And that my work can consist of something as trivial as discussing a new chick-lit novel with a patron and as weighty as helping them find the right books on alzheimers, mental disorders or cancer impacting them or a family member.
