That's brill, yo! I am myself fascinated by the idea that, even if the past *were* safely editable, time travelers would still tend to *act* as if they were afraid of the Grandfather paradox. If you keep JFK, you lose the moon. Eliminate Hitler, Rommel gets the bomb. Everyone afraid to find out what history looks like without Ghengis Khan, because the numbers are so damn big!
