What did we used to make fun of before Twilight? Oh right, I remember.

I am intrigued. And very afraid.

I would attempt to do a summary in the style of yours, but I'd have to reread them and I'm really not up to it oh my god.

I only know the universe because I read fusion crossovers with it (there's at least two SGA fusions with this), but those were awesome, and really worked for my kinks. It made me want to read the books, but unfortunately my library doesn't have them.

I've seen the fanfic, and it is in general less naked, id-wise.

You might be able to find some used copies floating around the internet, depending on how much you are prepared to care.

That makes me strangely happy. Fanfic, being transgressive by forcing the author's id back under wraps.

It's like if you put Pern, Twilight, and a brontosaurus-load of porn in a blender.

...I can't really tell if that makes me want to read it or to run away screaming. Wow.

Also there is faux-incest! Does that help?

This sounds even specialer than P.C. Hodgell.

*googles* Huh, the internet is surprisingly coy about her work, which sounds unexceptional from what I can find on the first page of results.

Oh, you might have to have read it - she's maybe not quite as famous. My dad sent me these books from like the early 80s or late 70s (GOD STALK) that are the most amazingly Mary Sueish Mary Sue I have EVER READ (though not as amazing as the one you've described, maybe), and I've read a LOT of badfic.

I'm - actually, I'm pretty sure you would enjoy them. Check your public library!
