Summary: What would you do when you were given the second chance to live? Kamenashi Kazuya was once on the verge of death and gained his life again but he lost his memory. There Akanishi Jin came and changed his life...
The released day for Kame came at last. He stood inside the bathroom of his VIP room while looking at his shadow on the mirror.
Why couldn't he remember anything?
A sigh escaped from his mouth as his fingers slowly touched the mirror. Who is this guy? -- he thought. Not even his face, he couldn't even remember his own face, and when he looked at the mirror, it was as if he was staring a whole different guy. It was not him.
But the shadow followed whatever he did reversely. When he pinched his right cheek with his right hand, the shadow would do the same thing to its left cheek with its left hand. Another sigh was released as he realized how silly he was. Obviously, it was him. There was nobody inside the bathroom other than him while the mirror won't lie.
Alright, that was ridiculous, he thought. Slowly, Kame walked away from the mirror and opened the door, returning back to the huge room he would leave today. He did a quick scan around his room. The room was indeed huge and luxurious. It brought him the feeling of 'home' as the first memory he had was opening his eyes inside this room. But then they said that he would be able to return 'home' today, yet this was actually the place closest to 'home' for him, even though he had to admit that he had to undergo some ridiculous tests which brought quite a bad memory for him. Ironic, yes. He didn't even know what kind of 'home' he would start living at from today on.
His mouth was letting out another sigh right when the door to his room was opened. The guy who claimed himself as Akanishi Jin stepped in and approached him. Jin... He said that he was the one who hit Kame on that day, thus resulting on the memory loss. Kame wanted his memory back, but honestly a part of him wanted to keep his current condition still, a part of him which was afraid of something if he regains his old memory. But still, it would be useless if he couldn't even remember his real identity, so regaining the thing he lost should be the best option. And that left him with a single question; How?
Kame knew well that he should have been grateful for Jin to provide him with the best treatment. But nothing like this would have happened if only Jin didn't hit him. Of course, Jin had told him the complete story, but something still bothered him; what was he doing until he decided to walk around, soaked by the rain, completely unaware of how the red light which had turned into green? That only proved how stupid he had been to him, which made himself pitied his old self more. Too pathetic.
Jin had been so kind to him. Well, Kame didn't really know how he should describe the 'kind' thing, but watching over Kame most of the times until he finally regained his consciousness could be considered as a good description. Kame could perfectly remember when he couldn't adjust himself with the name Jin told as his. Kamenashi Kazuya... Was that really his name? But Jin looked so sure about that the moment he said it, while he didn't remember even a bit of it at all, so what left for him was to accept it without further questioning. Without him realizing it, he was already used to this name after a little more than a week.
Would his memory return back to him? There was no guarantee for that. Kame overheard what the doctor told Jin. But still, he secretly wished that he would obtain it again later.
"I've finished all of the administrations, so, err... Ready to go now?" Jin said while scratching his head. He was initially against bringing stranger to his place, but then he couldn't just abandon the beautiful boy he hit like that, especially when it was a part of his responsibility. But he still couldn't hide his amazement whenever he saw Kame. How could he be that calm despite all the things happened to him. Not that Jin cared that much about it, but it would be really handful if Kame was able to get his memory back again.
Kame slowly glanced at Jin and gave a small nod. Whether he was ready or not, he would have to say goodbye to this place.

Subaru sat stiffly in a small white chair. A small round table with two cups of tea and a tea pot was right in front of him, and it didn't take long for an addition of a plate of sweets placed in it.
The guy he feared the most for knowing the truth was sitting on the other side of the table, facing him. That guy simply took a sweet before sipping his tea and complained when his tongue was burnt. At the first glimpse, he didn't look like a guy who should be feared, but Subaru knew well that his look was nothing.
"So so so, Subaru - chan~" Subaru was startled when he heard his name being called. "When will you start the story?" and here came the question.
"E-Eh? I don't understand what you mean.." Subaru held his breath, "...Aiba." Just mentioning his name was quite hard for Subaru. Dealing with this guy was a real torture, especially when he held your secret. And Subaru's connection with Kamenashi was a top secret. If Aiba managed to know it, his life would be ruined entirely. Well, it might be a bit exaggerating, but no matter what, Subaru would prefer to off without Aiba knowing the story.
"Eh? Just beat the bush, Subaru." Aiba stared at Subaru with a smirk, while his wings, which were as small and as fluffy as that of Subaru, were moving slowly. And that added the reason of why-I-hate-Aiba in Subaru's list. The same fluffy wings... Subaru didn't want to look the same as Aiba.
"Stop act like a fool Subaru. I am not blind, you know. The small round blinking thing~" Aiba added, giving another hint.
"I don't know what you're talking about." Subaru replied in a straight tone. No matter what, he couldn't let Aiba knew.
Aiba twitched his lips before a smirk was curved again in his mouth, a smirk Subaru knew he would hate for sure. "Lying to me won't help, Subaru - chan. So, what has happened to the human boy?"
"Eh?" Subaru was pushed until his limit now, and there was no way for him to escape now. Too bad, for him. "Well, I haven't checked him at all, but I guess he should have been released from a hospital or something since it has been a week or so in human's time." Subaru blabbered. Now who had said that he wouldn't let his secret to be leaked to Aiba. But all of a sudden, something struck him, as he stared at Aiba with a read big eyes in disbelief. "HOW DID YOU KNOW THAT IT'S A BOY?"
"I have my way, Subaru - chan~" Aiba replied with a playful tone, while a victorious smile was pasted in his mouth as he sipped his tea slowly. "But I suggest you to scan around more carefully, Subaru. There might be any pair of eyes watching somewhere from your back..."
"Now that explains..." Subaru said. His plan was ruined, as expected. He had never been good on this after all.
"Then, what's your plan. He wouldn't survive well if you keep that memory crystal with you, Subaru - chan. Besides, it would only make it easier to be discovered by the army. Punishment would wait for you by then~" Aiba said. If possible, Subaru wanted to erase that smirk away from Aiba's face, but unfortunately, Aiba's position was slightly ahead him.
"I know. It's just... Are you saying that I should ignore my pride and plead to him?" Subaru sighed.
Aiba glanced at Subaru with an unreadable expression before he shook his head, took a piece of pocky, yes it's POCKY and nobody would dare to ask from where did he get that, and bit it. "You don't even need to plead as he's the type who can't refuse any request. Besides, he is so kind, right? He couldn’t refuse any requests, not even from his enemy. And you are not his enemy, right?"
"It's none of your concern. Don't meddle into my problem!" Subaru immediately snapped. No matter what, he couldn't find a liking to the guy mentioned previously.
"Ah, you are so shy nee, Subaru - chan. Or jealous? He's one of the tops, right? Ah, I can tell him in your place." Aiba suggested. "I don't want to lose a play mate in case anything happened." the playful tone suddenly changed into a serious one.
"No no now. When I said no, it's a no! No no and no! You won't dare to do that, Aiba! Shit. I won't ask for help from that fucking annoying person!"
"Eh~" Aiba stared at Subaru with a devilish smirk. "Are you sure? And anyway, swearing won't do any good, Subaru - chan."
Subaru's face turned white as he heard the threat. As expected, dealing with Aiba turned to be a real torture for him...

A gasp was heard as Kame finally stepped his feet inside Jin's apartment. His eyes were slowly widened as he did a quick scan all around the room.
"Here we are.. You can put your belongings inside your room." Jin glimpsed at the small bag Kame brought. Only one bag, yes. "I'll show you your room."
Kame gave a small nod while his eyes were still mesmerizing the apartment place. He thought that the hospital room was already big, real big, but it was still nothing compared to the apartment room. It was so huge, and surprisingly neat. There was a big white couch in the middle of the room which looked so comfortable, while a wide LCD monitor was a bit away in front of the couch. A few frames were hanging on the wall, with Jin's pictures in some glittery clothes inside it. And when he looked at the newspaper on the floor, his eyes were slowly widened because of the big headline on the front page.
"Nee Jin. Are you famous?" Kame suddenly asked, eyes were still set on the newspaper, reading the news thoroughly.
"Hmm... Sort of." Jin replied while looking at his cell phone. A door was opened beside him.
Kame let out a sigh as he left the newspaper and proceeded to the place which would be his room from now on. He put his bag on the floor while his eyes were observing the room. Neat.
"Alright. So let's make a deal." Jin suddenly said as he closed his cell phone and put it back inside his pocket.
Kame turned his attention immediately and stared at Jin with a puzzled look. "Deal?" he asked with his soft voice.
"Yes, a deal." Jin rolled his eyes. "Don't say you don't understand what deal means." Explaining things to Kame was proven quite troublesome for Jin. Kame might remember a thing, and forget the rest. It was quite hard when Jin sometimes had to explain the meaning of some typical words to him, as if he was teaching a primary school student, but this time it was an adult.
"I understand that. Don't worry." Kame assured, resulting a sigh of relief from Jin's mouth. "Just...what kind of deal?"
"Well, just as what you have guessed earlier, I am famous." Jin explained, there was a hint of proud in his tone. "I am a part of a popular idol group. You understand what idol means, right?" Kame nodded slowly. "So well, I am not making any weird rules, or whatever. Just... Keep this in secret. I mean you, me, the accident. It would give a bad image for me if anyone discovers the accident." Jin stopped and took a deep breath while Kame simply listened to what Jin said one by one.
"You are free to do whatever you want as I'll provide all of your needs until you are able to regain your memory. Nobody should know that you live here, and by nobody means nobody. Really, you won't like it either if many reporters come to check every day." he explained more. But of course, he tries to emphasize that his image was the most important here. "Well, of course a few of the people in my management know this, and the doctors, but other than that, no. Do we have a deal here?"
Kame simply nodded as the answer. He didn't really know what he should do at the first place. Besides, he was grateful that Jin agreed to take him in.
"That's great~" Jin said with a wide smile. "And uh... Cleaning... Let's do it in turns, shall we?" Cleaning was never his favourite, but Jin knew that he was obliged to do it in case anyone steps inside his room. It's all for the sake of his image. "And if there's nothing else, I'll have to go now. I'm giving you the duplicate card so you are free to go outside without worrying about opening the apartment room." Jin flipped his cell phone after took a short look at it.
"Uh, just... a question, Jin." Kame said right when Jin was about to leave.
"Yes, Kazu - chan?" Jin asked.
"H-How did you know my name?"
Jin let out a sigh before taking a card from his wallet. "Simple, your identity card. You brought your wallet full of paper money, without any credit card, and this identity card is the only thing left, as the rain ruined it." he handed the id card to Kame.
Kame observed the card and read that Kamenashi Kazuya was written there. It was really him.
"I've tried to contact that place, but apparently, you live alone. Your parents have passed away, and I couldn't find any of your relatives yet." Jin continued his explanation. For a moment, he remembered how the amount of money inside the wallet was big, so big, so Jin had assumed that Kame came from a rich family, but Kamenashi didn't sound familiar for him at all. "Anything else?"
"Nothing. Have a nice trip." Kame smiled widely and it looked so sweet. Jin's heard was beating once when he saw that but it was that, nothing more. Giving his last apologetic smile, Jin opened the door, leaving the apartment room.

"Yo, Jin. How's your day?"
"Terrific, Ryo - chan~" Jin replied in an excited tone. It was not a long trip at all for him to go to his agency place. "I'm glad to return back to work." it was not the work which he missed so much, it was the feeling of being praised.
"Oh, it's quite rare to see you so bouncy. Where is the lazy Bakanishi I know now?" Ryo let out a small sarcastic laugh. His tone was as sharp as ever. "And don't call me with that nick for God's sake. It's sickening and not to mention creepy."
"Mou, Ryo - chan!" Jin pouted. "Just admit that you actually miss me so much."
"In your dream." Ryo snorted. It was on that moment that their last member, who is also their leader, approached them and joined the conversation.
"Pi! Ryo is so bad. You should tell him to be good to me." Jin complained.
"What the hell is Jin complaining about, Ryo? I'm fed up of this already." Pi sighed.
Ryo rolled his eyes. "You know, Pi. The usual thing."
"As expected."
"Hey, you two!" Jin cut in. "Are you trying to ignore me? Just show your love to me clearly, please. You're not shy of it, right?"
Both Yamapi and Ryo glanced at Jin with a disbelieving look in their face, before they both laughed together. The laughter wouldn't die down no matter whatever Jin said, instead it would only make the laughter even louder than ever.
"So, Jin..." Ryo said between his laughter. "How's the boy you brought in?"
"Oh, Kazu - chan? Good, I guess. I left him alone now though."
"Hmm..."Ryo suddenly looked at Jin with a mysterious smirk. "Pi told me that he's beautiful. Are you falling into him?" he said, teasing.
"W-What?" a tiny hint of red appeared in Jin's cheeks. "Hell no, Ryo! I mean, I still love girls more. You know how we sometimes go out together right"
"Ehh... But I thought you were just fucking those girls for fun only. For playing purposes, not on a serious thing." Pi butt in.
"And that doesn't mean that I'd prefer boys. Besides, if that's the case for me, then it's the same for both of you, right?" Jin tried to defend himself, but he only managed to earn some grins.
"Eh? No no no, you’ve got to be kidding me, right?" Jin asked with a disbelieving look, shaking his head a few times. "Anyway, no. You've got it wrong. I am not like that at all."
"Well, whatever. Don't regret it then, Bakanishi." Pi warned. "And you should introduce him to us properly next time."
"Do whatever you want, I don't care!" Jin exclaimed. He's not a gay, and would never be one! Jin was so sure of that and he would prove it to his band mates for sure.
E/N: I think I've mentioned the id card thing on chapter 2, but since some asked it, I put that here. and yes, it's Aiba. I don't know what was on my mind until I chose him though... :P
Alright, this chapter is the longest so far, and it might take another 2 weeks or more for the next update as my grandpop is now being hospitalized, so I'll be pretty busy.
And lastly, happy chinese new year...^^
