"Little Kane," as the Undertaker would refer to him in a later promo. Do you know where that promo is, I would like tor see it.
I really like the photo, from the shoot, of Kane with his head tilted to the side, and he has that one bit of hair, in his face. Now why does it seem like the lighting is not as bright on that one, compared to the others. That ain't right. :/

About that promo - near as I can remember, it was not long after Kane debuted, so after October 1997. Probably in the lead up to the first actual match between Kane and 'Taker - because 'Taker was refusing to fight him, because he'd made a promise to their parents not to raise a hand to him.
