not so fast...i think the dems had to let the appointment stand for now because legally they had to. otherwise, they would set a very bad precedent. they had no legal basis to keep him out really. durbin follows the law. i think you can consider getting back together with him.

and as for joe the plumber...if there is a god, perhaps a trip to israel will educate him. or get him killed. i'd settle for either.
