I was STUNNED by the entire thing. I'm about 124% sure he won't be invited back... EVER. I don't think the people in charge of inviting him had ever actually watched his show.
I'm of two minds, on the one hand - yes, maybe some idiot who never watched the show booked him. But on the other hand, I wonder if they have seen his show and took his over-the-top satirical Bush love as an actual Bush supporter. Most of his guests don't appear to know they're being made fun of.
And yes, :) I don't think the Vegas odds on him being asked to return are very good. I'd like to see the line :)
Did you just love that Bush had a deer in head lights expression as he shook Stephen's hand after the torture was over? I LOVED it. LOVE. He clearly did not know how to react. Mrs. Bush, on the other hand was quite frigid. Hahaha.
