As always, I chose 137 (inverse alpha), and I ended up with "Be My Yoko Ono" by Barenaked Ladies. Not too shabby, although I was hoping for "What Is Love?" by Haddaway because that has become my unofficial theme song ( Read more... )

27 is my all-time favorite number (my birthday's on 4/27, my anniversary is 5/27, and I was 27 when I got married, to name a few reasons why!).

I don't know that song or that group, though -- I must investigate further.

Interesting! I was born on 2/27, so now I'll be able to remember your birthday easily! :D

Heh, the 69 Boyz were an old skool hip-hop group. "Tootsee Roll" was popular when I was in high school, maybe around '93 or '94. Not the best song in the world, but it's so goofy that it always makes me laugh.

#23 is "Techno Opera" by 5th Element, which is actually a pretty decent song.
#1978 is "Hell" by Squirrel Nut Zippers. Oooh, maybe my playlist knew that you were breaking the rules! :o

Let's see -- you started off with a binary number, then a birth year, followed by a reference to Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, the starting digits for Pi, the sign of the devil...

It's fun seeing which numbers people will choose. I'm just surprised that 1337 hasn't been asked for yet. And if anyone wants 404, it's not found. ;)

Anyway, your random number netted you "The Man Who Sold The World" by Nirvana. :)

#505 is "Chocolate Salty Balls" by the Chef (South Park).

OK, this is weird - I have only three South Park songs on my entire playlist: Two of them have been hit so far, and another person was just one number off from the third one. If anyone does gets the last one, I think I'll just yell "You sank my Battleship!" and wonder why South Park keeps coming up. Hm.

Errr, 54 is still unknown, I had just mistyped 42 - and #54 is "Idiot Box" by the Aquabats.
#157 is "Baby Seat" by Barenaked Ladies, which, yeah, I know you don't like them, but the lyrics are kind of applicable at the moment in an emo sort of way...
