I was folding laundry and listening to an NPR story on this earlier. I'm going to have to read more about the Labour party defeats because I hadn't kept up enough to realize there were several defeats in the local elections for the party, also.

Not necessarily, just over any of them, whoever gets in. There are things I truly like about all three and things that truly spook me about all three.

He was in the papers here today. Even though the one my mother subscribes to is, in my opinion, a provinicial, conservative rag (which she says she buys for the local obituaries, why not?), they basically called him a Tory toff who, apart from his work for the Spectator (whatever that is worth for) is little more than a clown and a loudmouth who cracks cheap jokes at other people's expenses and has done next to nothing politically to earn that office.
