Well, updates, updates...

I realise I haven't been blogging much about this flyover to Istanbul, or what'll happen when it's over, so I'd better get some updates in.

Yep - job hunting without being in town is nigh-on impossible, even if you are a rare resource like the specialised engineers we sometimmes recruit, they still generally want to see you before they'll agree to hire you, even for agency work.

To be honest - I wouldn't want to work for anywhere that would hire me without me being in the Country, it speaks volumes for their staff turnover if they'll do that! ;o)
