I want to say that this is an absolutely beautiful story. My favorite BB fic so far. Such a creative idea and I enjoy our guys not talking or communicating well and this was so much fun! I felt bad for both guys, obviously, at the beginning and throughout when their frustration and fears and insecurities threatened what they had--or hoped they had with each other.
Luciano helping Reid at the event was such a Luke thing to do. And Reid getting the job--I wanted to shout triumphantly too.
It was so believable that they'd fall in love like this. And you made me cry several times, especially when Reid would think Luke couldn't want him or like him--that I think happened with Reid in general (on the show, I mean). I have this notion of him being so lonely and wanting someone but not thinking anyone could love him so he was brash and abrasive but then Luke liked--loved--him and Reid was happy. And I saw that here in your story

So glad that came through. Nicole is amazing and I loved the banner she did! It just put me right into that world.

I so loved ALL your chapter comments! Dante getting eaten by zombies... LOL I know it was hard to see them both hurting so much at the beginning but you have to first see what's broke down before you get to see it built back up right? It was fun to play around with ways they could and couldn't communicate and how much I would let them give away... Hope you weren't disappointed that it was Holden and Lily I brought back from the dead and not Damian :) The push and pull between the boys is always my favorite thing about writing them. Hmmmm.. the sequel... Lucinda.... I like it!

SOOOO glad the plot worked for you. It was a struggle for me honestly, wanting to write something so out of bounds and still make it believable in a "soapy" kinda way. To me there is no point in writing it unless you can see it actually happening. I wanted to have to cry and see them struggle to make the HEA worth it.
Love that you dug the Italian! Laura (my translator) and Traci (for finding her) are my hero's for putting up with that! The story wouldn't have been the same without it.
Trust me, I too was relieved not to have Noah anywhere near this fic!
