Did the usual Tuesday swim, walk along the Front and a bit of shopping yesterday.  The swim was ok, most of the time.  At one point, entirely on my own, I got some water in my throat and had a bout of choking, which fortunately didn't last too long.  I swam on, coughing a bit.  Honestly, the times I've told myself to breath through my nose.  At
