I had a dentist's appointment** this morning, just for a check-up, so things were a tad rushed.  I had cleaned my teeth but forgot to do so again before I went out.  Oops

Russia makes sense, as LJ has been owned by a Russian company since 2007 sometime. I’m kinda surprised they’ve remained apparently American for this long.
(also worth noting that the terms of use were rewritten not so long ago to comply with Russian law, whatever that means).

Slimming World - an organised group get-together where we weigh, accurately we hope, weekly and then sit around discussing how best to maintain weight loss, or maintain our target weight.

It's a bit more organised than that, and is even making inroads into the States, where, if you've seen many Americans, they clearly need it too!
