Buzz if you like, but don't sting me!

Occasionally I see bees in our yard.  Usually bumble bees of some kind, though there has been the odd honey bee.  They wouldn't have much joy at the moment.  The bulbs and wallflower are over, the few Forget-me-nots are going over and the lavender isn't in bloom yet.  They'll enjoy that, the lavender, though, when it comes out

There have been a number attempts at installing hives on some buildings here and there in France (400 in Paris only) They just go their way in the cities garden... Of course, there are a lot of pros and cons to that situation...
Me? I try to stay away from anything that goes bzzzzz..... !
