So, just a question, but which of you few on my flist here are making the move over to dreamwidth (or wherever else you may have in mind) ... if any of you at all. I have journals over at DW (and elsewhere), even though I kinda do have plans on sticking it out with LJ unless they fuck it up to the point where I can't even use it anymore

ATM I don't plan on going anywhere as I've got paid journals and it seems kinda silly to waste the money.

Same here. I'd definitely be sticking it out at least until my paid time runs out. And considering I just renew paid time on some of the accounts just before release 88. Also kinda starting to get used to the new layout anyway, lol. Despite... some annoying bits :|

Exactly, there will always be annoying bits, but you can always find a way to either live with them or tweak them. Every time there is a huge change people talk about abandoning ship, but few actually do.

Yes! The best of it is that the people who seem to complain the loudest and the longest and make their big announcements that they're going to leave end up being the ones to stick around

I have done absolutely nothing with them yet, but I made accounts for Quinn on both insanejournal and dreamwidth, just in case any of my RP partners decided to jump ship. Unless that starts happening though, they'll more than likely just remain empty.

Yeah, I have accounts for Finn a both DW (Lol there's like four of them there) and Scrbbld or however it's spelled. Insane journal will be next! So far the DW one is the only one that's gotten any use, yet here I remain. Plus, I think that Siren's Pull might end up over at DW so unless I don't get in I'll at least be divided. Can't see me making a total move though.

I don't even have icons uploaded at the IJ and DW journals. They're strictly to be safe, but if you ever do make the move, you need to let me know so I actually have a reason to work on my other Quinn journals. Otherwise I'll probably just keep her here and hope for the best.

I have icons uploaded for only one of Finn's accounts (I managed to get 75 icons uploaded to a free account :D It's a beautiful thing). Mine's pretty much just to be safe too (though I have been doing a bit of RPing at memes there :| ). If I ever move there ~completely, I'll be sure to let you know <3 I figure, I'll probably just kinda... live in that special place between DW and LJ :D Truth be told, I don't want to leave LJ. I've spent too much time here!
