when you start posting and it feels forced, try making it private. It's a lot easier to type words that you know no one else will ever see. Still, the internet, and to a lesser extent, livejournal, are great. I've had mine for almost six years now.. and it's helped me keep at least SOME contact with people that would have fallen by the wayside. Even me and you, probably never would have talked again, even though we met in person, most of how we know each other is through this medium. And it probably will continue to be, as andrew's graduated and all.
