I bought The History Boys on DVD, a couple of days ago, and have watched it twice now. I'm still pretty blah about the movie, it was okay and watchable, but a little weird. I don't know. The movie wasn't even bad, it was just strange :/ I did find some of it funny though, like the french scene.
Starter For 10 is next on my list, hee! And James McAvoy is in it, too. So I'll definietly have to check that out :D

If you head over to history_boys and search around a bit, there's a post with a translation of the French scene. You should try and read the play, it might make more sense then when you can study it a bit. I love both.

James Corden is barely in Starter for Ten, but he's hilarious. Dominic's part's quite a bit bigger, and he basically plays Dakin sans ambition.
The best thing he's ever been in (aside THB, obviously) is the BBC TV adaption of Sense and Sensibility, and he's BEAUTIFUL in it, so if you haven't seen it that should definately be next on the list (it's out on DVD practically everywhere)!
