I like the idea of him trying to conduct a conversation with the clanger. I wasn't so pleased when Bran landed rather clumsily on the monitor after a leap from my headboard, and sent both of 'em flying...

He is indeed :-) It's as well to remember that cats have sharper claws than teddy bears, though.

She's not even a very large rat (as her name indicates). There's no way I'm letting him outside into the big wild world any time soon! The herring gulls around here'd have him for breakfast!

It's odd how much I've started wanting a puppy since I've got Bran... maybe pets are just addictive like that?

I think aminals are just a bit addictive...and the thought of a little kitten hugging his/her new puppy brother/sister is rather nice.
