What was the thing where there were those random freaky looking vans and buggy that was so decorated?

it was part of mayfest.. you could have spent a least an hour looking at that one van with all the difffent things on it.. i wanted to talk to the guy about it but i couldn't find him again.. they drew alot of attention thats for sure..

they were in front of us when we were turning onto the road and at first we thought it was a van covered in trash but noticed it wasn't.. lol
