And why do I deserve a trophy, you might ask? Because I made a resolution to stop stealing and to stay out of trouble, and I have stuck to it! Ladies and gentlemen, it has been thirteen days since I've stolen something. Or is it fourteen? Thirteen or fourteen

Right, of course. Only... it rather defeats the purpose of a trophy, doesn't it, awarding it to yourself?

I'm not awarding it to myself! I'm telling people I deserve one, and then THEY give me the trophy! That's how it's usually done, isn't it?

The point is, trophies aren't usually given out to people for behaving as they should in the first place.

Because I've been a thief for a very long time, and stopping my thieving was very hard, and I think that effort should be rewarded.
