[Marie is checking the trailer map. Her living barrel is following her around today with her ditto, Puni, ridding on the edge. She's got a few small boxes in the barrel, along with her regular supplies and bags. She's made some gifts for Red, Yellow, and Kotone, since they've helped her out recently, and is trying to figure out which trailers are

Yup! I can make them in three grades, depending on the strength you need!

[One would think Marie would ask what they're needed for, but really she just wants to experiment with bombs again.]

Well I guess it would depend on the strength of the monster you're trying to fight. It is for fighting a monster right?

[Marie scratches the back of her head, giving this some thought. She's not quite catching on.]

Well I guess it could be used to clear a blocked path. You'd probably only need a pretty low grade for that though.

[She shrugs and grabs a snack out of her barrel. She forgot to eat lunch today.]

I'm not a knight or anything, but I've seen my share of battles. Stupid Farlan...

I'll fight if I have to, but I really think for me it's best to avoid it if I can. I can't take on someone on my own, and it would be rude to make other people fight for me if they're not involved, y'know?

I guess Puni could help.. Right, Puni?

[Still trying to mimic Ruby, Puni looks up at Marie and just makes a happy sound, not having any idea what's going on.]

I don't really mind a little help, since even weak monsters are hard for me to take on my own... But I mean if I'm gonna have people fight with me I'd rather it be adventurers that I've hired for it than people doing it out of pity.

[Scratches the back of her head and sighs.] Yeah some people are like that I guess... One of the demons I ended up being friends with back home was kind of like that.

[Oh noesssss! Puni is just going to morph back to his wacky amorphous self and blob all over Ruby because he thought they were friendsssssss. D:]

I dunno. [She shrugs and leans back against her barrel.] Me and Elie and Kyrie were pretty skeptical, buy Passek and Prusha really like him. He's kind of dim upstairs, but he can be a pretty okay guy sometimes.
