And how "naked" is the author judging the people to be? In a couple of months, we're going to have a lot of almost-naked people on the streets-although we're having a real, cool spring for the first time in years.

I'm sure it's illegal to be naked in public Down Under, as it is most places here. But there are people who like to bend the rules.
