I like that it's not spelled out just who Orlando cheated with. He was very brave to take the steps to try to fix the mistake he made. Totally realistic too that Karl didn't just accept him with open arms. I reckon they've got a lot of talking to do before they hop into the sack together.

I actually don't know who Orlando cheated on Karl with - they won't tell me. (But I've got my suspicions.)

(think you mean 'spurred' which has the meaning of 'to encourage', not 'spurned' which has the meaning of 'to turn away'.)

It's odd actually. I'm writing a story of similar kind at the moment. Hard to find time to sit down and focus without being disturbed, but once it's done, you'll be first to know.
