Day Out in Derbyshire

We headed to Derbyshire today for two stately homes, Bolsover Castle an Hardwick Hall. We got lucky with only a few showers off & on with some blue skies & sunshine peeking out sometimes. Bolsover Castle (pronounced "Bowser" for some unknown reason) has ruins as well as the well-preserved Little Castle, built as an idealized miniature version
