help. sorry i know this has been asked before but i just couldnt find it anywhere on the page. I need to apply for my NI # and am having a really hard time trying to find out where to do this. Can anybody recommend a website where I can find an office to call and make an appointment? because i'm not finding anything in the phone book at all.

I got mine at the job centre here in Oxford.

Are you employed? Your employer should be able to help.

yeah i'm a temp and they get annoyed by every question i ask them so i'm 2 scared to ask

Try the temp agency you work for (if you do, I've done 'freelance' temp work) and phone the job centre in your town.

Also, don't put up with a job where people treat you badly =(

call 0845 600 0643 (the job centre plus national insurance number allocations service). They are open mon-fri 8 to 6 ( ... )
