Even folks with terminal cancer and serious heart conditions have to stay in jail if their sentence requires it.
I suspect it's about as important as "split ends" or contact dermatitis, or the same kind of depression most people in this country seem to think they suffer from. Hey, I know from depression. I actually have it. If I broke the law, I would not be so bold as to suggest that it excused me from serving time if that was how I was sentenced.
It's all speculation until someone from the Hilton camp decides to elaborate, which they probably won't, as it is either a laughably minor condition or wholly imaginary (those doctor's papers never did show up in court, amirite?)

Tank goodness you said it, because I couldn't find a way to remark on it that wouldn't insult mentally retarded individuals in some way.
Intellectually challenged people deserve respect, too, you know. It's not as if they can help it. I assume Paris has at least a dull normal IQ.

Well, she has to read well enough to read brand names and labels, but her "Thats (sic) Hot!" shirt indicates that she has not yet mastered the proper use of our pal the apostrophe, a feat I managed by the time I was 6 or 7.
