oh, this is fabulous.
I'll have a chance to read this more carefully after work is over and I sit down w/ dinner and a cup of tea.

I just read this with dinner and it's really interesting.
Historical biographies, fiction and films are one of my favorites. Thanks for a wonderful interview.

You're welcome, Laura! Have you read any of Carolyn Meyer's books? They're so engaging. MARIE, DANCING is one of my faves.

I've been looking forward to this interview and it certainly lived up to my expectations. Thanks for asking great questions that elicited such fun and informative answers. And ... if Nannerl were to entertain at that historical luncheon, I'd be happy to turn the pages for her.

What a good idea! It would make it such a perfect afternoon.

Ooh, I'm coming out of my blog-ation to comment! That was a great interview, Tori! So informative. Plus, I loved all the stuff on her research methods. Will come in handy, no doubt, when I'm writing my own historical fiction. :D

Very interesting! I was just thinking about the fact that Mozart had an underappreciated musical sister recently, there is a little tidbit in Magic Under Glass that reminded me of it. I'll have to pick up that book...and some others. I KNOW I've read some Carolyn Meyer books but not in awhile.

One of my favourite books when I was younger (and presently) was about Nannerl. I wish I could remember what it was called! If I figure it out, I'll let you know.

Thanks for reading! :)
