so yes everybody i still have mono unfortunaetly umm im on pain killers now haha there so kool like they make me go into my own little world like how i didn when i was high ha there great and tehy work really good so so far ive lost 4 pounds haha thsi is actully a good weight loss program not really because im hungrey as who i just cant eat i want
