okay, scriptware and my old windows 98 laptop are starting to irk me. i am trying to export files into ascii (or tagged fd) just to get them off the laptop, but the program is locking up or not responding once i set everything up and hit, "export." curses and drat! i can't even copy and paste! how am i going to get these files to my new ( Read more... )

you don't even wanna know how the rest of the scene went...how he was too big for her and trying to be gentle but then she was all, "HARDER!" as he smashes her against the shower wall. *giggle*

I think I have a lower tolerance for Laurell K. Hamilton and Anne Rice than most people ... Anne Rice, I made it half a book, then 10 years later another half-book, then ten years later an entire book before I gave up on her. Hamilton lasted me five books, I think.

May I recommend Charlaine Harris, though? So far she hasn't annoyed me yet -- they're vampire-fucker books, but sweet, normal, and lighthearted. Well, kinda normal.

i stuck with laurell b/c i had the books, and her action scenes weren't too bad, but wow can she not write sex when she tries. it's sad, and my mindless fluff with her now is at least free, but if it's as agonizing as this last book from here on out, i'm walking...
