Today I went with my mom to a bridal show in place of my sister, who'll be in Georgia until June. We spent hours visiting booths, watching a fashion show, and sampling cakes and other food. I was rooting for Boise State! I don't live on the east coast, but I am a good 2,000 miles or so away from Idaho. The game was further proof that there needs to be a tournament rather than the BCS system. Plus the fact that my team got stuck in the Capital One Bowl, despite having only one loss (to then #2-ranked Michigan) because we're unfortunate enough to be in the same conference as Ohio State & Michigan. But Notre Dame, 'cause they're a famous team, is allowed to get away with not being in a conference (but only for footbal, not any other sports!), so they never run into the problem of being in a conference with too many other good teams or in one that isn't seen as 'serious'. The whole thing sucks!
