Those dropped plot threads are what bothered me. Like the whole government program to collect the mutants. Did they forget that the mutants existed? Or Nathan running for president, and then they just dropped that and then he went for senator? It was too bouncy for me. I wanted more coherent plot thread through the entire story.
I like morally gray, too. Noah and Syler (good syler versus just bad syler) are two of my favorites as well.
Yeah, exactly. There doesn't need to be massive amounts of resolution. Some threads are ones that viewers probably aren't that interested in. But they do need to resolve them. It's kind of like the writers style is to throw out a BUNCH of random plot threads, see which the viewers like, and then just to ignore the others.
And the govt just forgetting about them seriously annoys me. I'd grudgingly be okay with it backing down a bit without the gung-ho types (Nathan, Danko, etc.) pushing it. But it wouldn't just be randomly and quietly forgotten.
