Eri and I went to the CAT CPE trial this weekend.  Saturday was pretty awesome.  Sunday was not!

On Saturday he qualified in 4 of 5 runs.  It's official - the puppy is FAST.  Even with spins, he was running well over 6 yps and I mostly managed to keep on top of things at that speed.  Everything went fine as long as we stayed connected.

WOOT! way to go... He'll get it. More times at it, more fun.

Plus, if you were feeling even a "bit" stiff on Sunday, I gotta wonder if he could pick up on that. They often do.

You make a really good point. We never practice first thing in the morning so he hasn't ever encountered me trying to handle with morning-body except at trials. It's bound to be different on some level. On Saturday I had Peggy work on me even before our first run. I didn't have time on Sunday. Would probably have been a good idea. Thanks for the input! I know you know whereof you speak *g*

Yeah, I like to think Razor is "off" when I'm stiff, but more likely he seeing an advantage! Hahahah
