Wren and Eri are best friends.  They don't really care who gets to be 'on top'.  They take turns.  It's nice that they share so well.  I have a very strong suspicion that it has a lot to do with dad/grandad being such a lovely authority figure.  Neither one feels the need to be in charge very often when Brin is around.  In the second picture, each ( Read more... )

Very cute pictures. You are going to make people think all beardies are brown. Brin is the first brown I remember noticing, and now look! They're all over the place. I forget: is Wren Eri's aunt? In the crated picture, Eri almost looks more mature than Brin -- what a difference a little hair makes.

Now that my red thing is pretty much done with being in season (we hit the 3-week mark over the weekend), can we get together for an exchange of TTouch for gray and white hair removal?

I really did ask for a slate bitch when I got Eri! Yes, Wren is Eri's aunt. She's 21 months old to his 11.

Is the gray/white hair Kyah's or yours? I have to be a ring captain this Saturday at the CAT trial so Sunday is grooming day. We could work it in next weekend probably. I'd love to do more T-Touch work.

Both Lucy and Rory are what happened when I looked for a male Aussie.

I didn't know you did human hair as well (and mine is gray/brown, thank you very much!). I was thinking of she of the hairy paws and legs and .... I'll be up at the CAT trial visiting this weekend, so maybe we can talk then.

I don't normally do human hair - I'm not particularly good at it. I don't know why dog coat should be so much easier for me. See you Saturday.

awwww. Yes, very cute. I love the one with the two pups with dirty feet :-)

btw, Zoe is doing fine. She and Robinson are never going to eat spaghetti off the same plate outside an Italian restaurant, but they coexist quite companionably, and she is getting more like a real dog all the time. She's a sweetie.

They'd been out for a run together at the local elementary school. They always come back covered with dirt and grass stains. And very happy.

I'm glad to hear Robinson and Zoe are getting one well. I think with older dogs sometimes just being companionable is doing very well. Lady and Colton never would admit to liking each other, but I'm pretty sure they considered each other 'family'.

"Awwww, aren't they cute!" You put the words right in my mouth!

I love it when dogs are truly friends -- it is so sweet.
