Last night, I woke every two hours. That would have made it one of my better nights, except I went to bed at 11, and got out again at 5. I then changed a nappy, made a cup of tea, made breakfast for one child and breastfed another, made breakfast for another child, changed another nappy, made breakfast for another child (last one) and two hours ( Read more... )

Yes, exactly this. Waiting for the time to do something means that something will rarely happen, if you decide it's important you have to make time. Which is why I went for a run after getting off the train home from work tonight - heh.

Good for you, going for a run :)

It's still frustrating to not get as much done as I want, sometimes, but there has to be a start, somewhere.
