Last night, I woke every two hours. That would have made it one of my better nights, except I went to bed at 11, and got out again at 5. I then changed a nappy, made a cup of tea, made breakfast for one child and breastfed another, made breakfast for another child, changed another nappy, made breakfast for another child (last one) and two hours

Yes, exactly this. Waiting for the time to do something means that something will rarely happen, if you decide it's important you have to make time. Which is why I went for a run after getting off the train home from work tonight - heh.

It's still frustrating to not get as much done as I want, sometimes, but there has to be a start, somewhere.
