I have had eye surgery.

I can see without external assistance for the first time in about 22 years.

Words are insufficient....

I know finances aren't being what you'd hoped they were going to be when you decided to do this, but I know you'll still always think it worth it :D

Yeah, the finances were a bit tight, but it's all worked out.

I just need to figure out how to do my insurance, and I'll get about $300 back (I'm not naive enough to believe that though my policy says "$300" that I'll GET $300.... :P ).

And this is *soooo* worth it. :P

It stung for about 2 hours, then I took a nap.

As of now, it's 100% fine. :D

(I leave open the possibility that it'll sting again though :P )

Eye sight is still a bit blurry, but it's way ahead of where it was 2 hours ago (nevermind where it was yesterday :P ). :D :D
