When I was originally diagnosed with Sleep Apnea, I scored about 22 or so.....
That's great. Ignore the weight, concentrate on the feel and the wonderfulness of having to throw out clothes because they don't fit anymore. And PICS. We demand PICS.

I had planned to get some pics just last week, but the reporter who took then did a hatchet job on the subject of the article (the subject being the college paper I work for, The Gleaner) so we're not really talking anymore...
