Volumetric analysis....

Oct 13, 2007 02:56

I tried on a belt in a store last week: my waist is down to 36" (from 44" in March 06).

Weight is still unknown, but the loss of volume is much more important imo. :D :D :D

sheer awesomeness, health, up my own.....

wow! go you :)

And I totally agree about *how it looks* being more important. I build muscle so fast I can't actually "lose weight" even when I'm blatently dropping dress sizes...

Thanks. :)

And hell yes. :D

Check out: http://www.lung.ca/diseases-maladies/apnea-apnee/signs-signes/index.cfm

This is the 'sleepiness test' you take when you attend the sleep clinic in St. James's, where the answers are rated 0-3, and then added. Max score is 24.

When I was originally diagnosed with Sleep Apnea, I scored about 22 or so.....

Now?

I score about a 2. :D :D :D :D

And scoring about a 9+ = go visit a sleep clinic.

That's great. Ignore the weight, concentrate on the feel and the wonderfulness of having to throw out clothes because they don't fit anymore.
And PICS. We demand PICS.

Speaking of pics, you look *stunning* in that usericon.... :)

I had planned to get some pics just last week, but the reporter who took then did a hatchet job on the subject of the article (the subject being the college paper I work for, The Gleaner) so we're not really talking anymore...

Shame really, they were *good* pics.....
